He has specialised in supporting innovative founders and executive teams in successfully navigating periods of extreme challenge and opportunity, including start-up and early-stage growth, restructuring and repositioning, capital raising and exit events. Committed to actualising a brands ‘why’, emotionally engaging the customer to create genuine brand love, and leveraging that relationship to progressively extend the scope and scale of the offer, he particularly enjoys the productive tension of balancing creative and commercial priorities.
His career includes tenured roles as CEO of sass & bide, Thom Browne New York, and THR1VE, and Executive Director of Anthropologie eCommerce, and extended advisory and consultancy roles with M.J.Bale, Just Group, and Gazal Corporation. Additionally, Josh has been engaged on a project basis for clients as Expedia.com, Creative Artists Agency and HL Group.
Steph is fiercely creative, she is a problem-solver with a fast mind and a big heart. Specialising in graphic design, photography and brand story-telling, she has just as much experience behind a screen as she has with creative direction, and helping brands reach their ultimate goal. Steph is a true creative at heart, with skills in the full Adobe suite, photography and editing, video & production, social media management, marketing, brand & brand story-telling, website design & production as well as a personal flare for lifestyle & design.
With a Bachelor in Graphic Arts & Communication, Steph begun her career in Australia at 19 years old with Australian fast-fashion giant SUPRÉ, to later move in to the world of freelancing with focus on storytelling and disruption for premium Australian fashion houses. She has experience as an in-house creative through everything from a start-up environment to big agencies alike, and is always up for a creative challenge.
